  More than a year ago I made an appointment for my minor daughter to receive services at CCS. When we completed the paperwork, my daughter indicated she lived with her father (my ex husband), and it was his insurance paying the bill. For more than a year this office billed me for services that had been PAID FOR IN FULL by my ex-husband's insurance. Despite several calls made to CCS informing them of the need to bill my ex (the insurance holder), they continued to bill me monthly and finally told me I was the one responsible for the bill!! When the ex called CCS he had to have the insurance co FAX them a copy of the proof that THIS OFFICE CASHED THE PAYMENT A YEAR AGO!! To make matters worse, the counseling treatment was a woman who encouraged my daughter to keep a journal of her thoughts...no behavioral therapy here. My recommendation: AVOID CENTER COUNSELING SERVICES! I wouldn't be surprised if I received another bill next month. Incompetent.
